Scholastic Fencing League Release Agreement

The undersigned, on behalf of themselves, their child enrolled to fence, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge all members, staff, officers, directors, agents and other persons or entities who assist in any way the organization and operation of Scholastic Fencing League, LLC, its members, and specifically without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all coaches, coaching staff, referees, sponsors, schools, or recreational departments, municipalities, or other agencies which may provide services or facilities for use in any event in association with Scholastic Fencing League, LLC, of any claim, cause of action, damages, or liability whatsoever relating to or arising from the participation of the undersigned’s child in the practice and competitions of fencing, whether such claim arises during any organized practice or competition or outside the times of any organized practice or competition.

The undersigned understands that in fencing, as with any athletic endeavor, injuries may result. As a participant at Scholastic Fencing League, LLC, you or your child may be practicing or competing at various locations in the State of Colorado. This release is intended to release and discharge any liability and claims against those persons or entities making such venues available to Scholastic Fencing League, LLC and shall inure to the benefit of such facilities. This release is intended to be a full and complete release of any and all causes of action which may occur as a result of any property damage, personal injury or death occurring to a participant at Scholastic Fencing League, LLC and is a full and complete release in law and equity of any such causes of action.

Classes will be held on Fridays from 3:30 – 4:30pm in the small Gym.
